Refund and Returns Policy

The customer is allowed to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, can liaise with the Plumpyfit online customer services department via email to have it returned and your payment reimbursed.

Below are the Plumpyfit returns and exchange policy.

We will allow a return/exchange on an item within 14 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:

  • The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
  • The price (swing) ticket is attached.
  • The item has not been worn or used.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.
  • Submit your exchange and/or return request to admin@plumpyfit.com.

EXCEPTIONS

  • No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted
  • Any factory fault must be reported in 3 days on the received parcel through our support email address admin@plumpyfit.com.
  • To request a refund the parcel must be returned within 4 working days after received. 

RETURN PROCESS

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all the criteria you need to follow the process below:

  • Plumpyfit returns can only be processed via the support email address admin@plumpyfit.com.
  • All returns will be exchanged for different items or refunded.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Please send it back to the address below and we will exchange it and send it back.
  • You can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address provided during the return process. 
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We don’t accept a return after 14 working days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Plumpyfit is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • If you receive the incorrect parcel please phone our customer services line on 071 808 9387 or send an email to admin@plumpyfit.com and log the return. We will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
  • Returns are free of charge on the incorrect parcel delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
